Ms Juliana Zhang is Company Secretary and Head, Corporate Affairs of Venture Corporation Limited. She joined the Venture Group in 2023, and is responsible for the Corporate Secretariat, Corporate Communications and Sustainability functions.

 

Prior to joining the Venture Group, Juliana served as the Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Affairs at BOC Aviation Limited from 2017 to 2023 and as Legal Counsel at BOC Aviation Limited from 2015 to 2017. She was a Senior Associate at the Singapore and Hong Kong offices of Clifford Chance LLP from 2010 to 2015, specialising in asset and structured finance.
