We’re looking to add a Technician, Facility in Singapore. The position will be based in our corporate office in Woodlands.
We are looking for someone motivated, willing to learn and who is a strong team player. You will be welcomed into our closely knit team and will be given many opportunities to grow with us. You can expect a supportive and fast-paced environment where your contributions will be recognized.
You will be carrying out daily administration and technical support functions to users and Facilities Management (FM). Knowledge in fundamental manufacturing activities and hard service of FM. Take instruction from Facility site Lead.
- Conducts periodic maintenance and breakdown maintenance of facilities system.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, PCW, Air compressor, Fire protection system & electrical system.
- Perform schedule inspection to ensure the pest control process is effective.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- To inspect and supervise contractor’s work.
- To attend to complaint and feedback by user.
- To repair and upkeep of the building equipment.
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly equipment checklist.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Company
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years hand on maintenance and repair experience.
- Open to candidates without the necessary work experience as long as you are willing to learn!
