We’re looking to add a Account Assistant (AR) in Singapore. The position will be based in our corporate office in GES Marsiling.

We are looking for someone motivated, willing to learn and who is a strong team player. You will be welcomed into our closely knit team and will be given many opportunities to grow with us. You can expect a supportive and fast-paced environment where your contributions will be recognized.

You will required to follow up AR collection and maintain customer master data.

  • Pick up and apply collection.
  • Generate and send monthly SOA to customer.
  • Prepare monthly AR Aging Report.
  • Prepare weekly AR Movement report.
  • Prepare material for monthly AR Review Meeting.
  • Following up on AR Collection status / Invoices Status / Dispute Issue.
  • Prepare collection forecast report.
  • Generate memo billing.
  • Maintain Customer master data and assist in Credit Application.
  • Maintain Vendor master data.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Company.

 

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

  • Diploma in Accounting with 1 years of experience
  • Able to work independently, responsible and possesses good working ethics
  • Open to candidates without the necessary work experience as long as you are willing to learn!
